WCTV’s Mark Cox Speaks to Rotary Meeting
Chesapeake Public Communications Director Mark Cox spoke to fellow Rotarians in the Great Bridge Club. Mark is a Rotarian himself in the Chesapeake Club and is best known for anchoring WCTV shows. Mark is also an instructor at ODU.
